TOYOTA VIOS

Toyota Vios is a 4-door subcompact sedan, manufactured by Toyota Corporation Japan, mainly for emerging markets in the Asia Pacific region. First introduced in 2002, Vios replaced the Tercel (previously sold in Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore).

Vios belongs to the small car segment (B class), below the two elder is Corolla Altis (C class) and Camry (D class). Toyota Yaris is a hatchback version of Vios born after 2005. Since its debut, Vios has gone through 3 generations: Vios 1st generation (XP40 2002-2007), Vios 2nd generation (XP90 2007-2013) , 3rd generation Vios (XP150 2013-present) and mainly still use 1.5L engine with VVT-i technology.

Toyota Vios 2020 launched in Vietnam in January 2020 is a facelift version of the current 3rd generation. Although not a new generation, the new Vios facelift 2020 adds some valuable amenities such as cruise control, Apple Car Play; Android Auto; Front / rear angle sensor; reversing camera.

Toyota Vios rivals in the market are Mazda 2 sedans, B-class sedans HONDA CITY, Kia Rio, Hyundai Accent, Ford Fiesta, Suzuki Ciaz….

Exterior Toyota Vios 2020

With this upgraded version, Toyota Vios has been personalized by the Japanese car company, making the car look more naughty than its predecessor.

Detail of the new Toyota Vios. Exterior Toyota Vios 2020 has many changes, especially at the front. The design of the car is more aggressive with sharp claws, with daytime running lights integrated in the trapezoidal grille. The fog lamp socket is also extended to match the headlights.

Han car with column C lower. The front lights, fog lamps and long strokes make the body look very personal. In the 1.5G version of this automatic number with chrome door handles is the difference compared to the other 2 Vios.

The rear end has a redesigned headlight in 2 pieces. Compared to lamps with only 1 piece, it is clear that 2-piece lamps require more complicated internal wiring. Notice above the roof of the car is now quite a stylish fish fin antenna, much more than the old antenna. Vios G Facelift 2020 version has more front and rear corner sensors.
