Steps to be taken when the vehicle or driver encounters trouble on the road:
Step 1: Call VIETTRA right away
Step 2: Troubleshoot if you can solve in 5 minutes without late guests
Step 3: Call a taxi for guests if it takes more than 5 minutes
Step 4: Make sure passengers get on the taxi safely
Step 5: Continue to handle according to the instructions of VIETTRA
Step 1: Immediately notify the Customer Administration, giving a solution to the customer peace of mind.
Step 2: Instruct the driver to call a taxi for the customer if the problem cannot be solved more than 5 minutes, follow to drive to ensure the staff safely on the taxi.
Step 3: Instruct the driver to continue troubleshooting.
Step 4: Immediately pay taxi fees for guests (if any).
Step 5: Alternatives for vehicle placement if needed.
Customers have the right to call a taxi if within 5 minutes without receiving contact, information from VIETTRA.
